- Direct report to Sales Director
- Supervises sales team and work independently
- Developing & implementing sales & marketing plan, sales presentation, marketing strategies planning, monitoring progress report
- Identify potential areas to expand & capture ongoing business opportunities
- Increase loyalty of existing customer through coverage and integrate with effective marketing programs
- Work with management team in planning and implementing the promotions, sales plans and sales training program
- Monitor the sales performance and develop incentive schemes
- Provide solution to front-line staff when a problem arises
- Review operation procedures for improving services standard as well as productivity
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, International Business (preferred)
- At least 7 - 15 years working experience in direct sales of high-tech goods and/or materials
- Minimum 4 years management experience, supervision of sales staff of at least 3 people from sizable multinational organization
- Strong aggressive person with proven track record in sales and new customer acquisitions (good at opening doors to new customers, account maintenance and closing deals with customers)
- Able to deal with all levels of customer and Peak management, able to make sales and technical presentations to customers with ease
- Self-initiated, work independently and able to deal with high-pressure situations
- Must be bilingual - Fluent in written and spoken English and Putonghua
- Willing to be based in Shanghai or Beijing
